General Conditions:
By paying the rental sum, the tenant will accept being acquainted with these rules and the information.

Liability:
The tenant will use the residence at his or her own risk. The lessor will accept no liability of any kind in regards to the rented object.

Arrival and departure times:
A rental week extends from Friday to Friday, a rental weekend extends from Friday to Monday. The mid-week extends from Monday to Friday. Please bear in mind that you are free to arrive after 15.00 hrs, you are requested to leave on the last day no later than 11.00 hrs.

Rental prices:
The prices include a fee for electricity, gas and water but do not include:
- Cleaning and administration cost: € 60,00
- Tourist taxes p.p.p.n. € 1,00
- Deposit € 150,00

Your reservation is definitive after receipt of the down payment of 30% of the rental sum. The remaining amount needs to be paid 2 weeks prior to the reserved rental period.

Deposit:
The deposit for the renting of our summer residences is € 150,00 per reservation. If you leave the residence in good order and no shortcomings are found upon inspection by the cleaning staff the deposit will be refunded to your account within 21 days.

Cancellation costs:
If you wish to cancel your reservation a short while before the rental period there may be costs involved:
6 weeks prior to the first rental day: 30 %
4 weeks prior to the first rental day: 60 %
2 weeks prior to the first rental day: 100 %
A cancellation insurance is not included in the rental sum. If you would like one we kindly ask you to take a policy out on a cancellation insurance yourself. 

The residence will not be rented to groups of youngsters. 2 of the tenants need to be at least 30 years of age and are required to remain present during the rental period.

Linen goods for the kitchen and bathroom:
The tenant needs to bring the following items as they are not present in the residence;
1. bedclothes (incl. sheets, bedspread covers and pillowcases per bed)
2. Bathroom towels
3. Kitchen towels and tea towels.

Damage:
If any small items such as cups or glasses are damaged or broken during your visit please do not replace them yourself but mention it to the cleaning staff when you exit the residence. If there is damage of a large nature a certain amount of money may be deducted from your deposit when it is refunded, you will be notified of this during the inspection of the residence.

Cleaning:
The residence is cleaned after each visit, you pay for this service via the rental sum. We ask you to leave the residence in good order and treat the inventory with respect.

Arrival:
Should you arrive and find the residence in an unsatisfactory state please notify us at once.
